We build the machine that runs your business.

First we map how the work actually gets done, every handoff and every workaround. Then we build the automations, agents and software that do it. Nothing off the shelf.

Example run
WhatsApp, 9:14 am

Salam, need a rate for 2 pallets Doha to Riyadh, pickup Thursday.

  1. Read the request and pulled out route, load and dateAgent
  2. Checked the rate sheet for this weekGoogle Sheets
  3. Drafted the quote in your templateGmail
  4. Logged the enquiry against the customerCRM

Quote ready. Waiting for your approval.

An illustration of the kind of run we build. Yours is mapped from your own workflow.

Most AI projects start with a tool. We start with the work.

Before anything gets built, we sit with the people doing the job and trace the real path a task takes, including the workarounds nobody wrote down. The software then bends to that process, because the process is part of why your business works.

We also stay after launch. Automation nobody maintains quietly rots, so we keep measuring what we shipped and fixing what drifts until your team can run it without us.

Detection is solved. Knowing which alerts are real is not.

Ship tracking and flight data services already flag GNSS jamming and spoofing. They leave you the hard part: is this alert real, and what caused it? We looked for a product that answers that and found none. So we built it, from our own research on more than 150 million ship position reports and on aircraft data across the Gulf, the Baltic and Iberia. It is now our flagship service.

Six things, all built from scratch.

  • AI automation & workflows

The repeat work in your business, running itself. We find the tasks that eat hours and have no judgement in them, then automate the whole chain end to end.

  • AI agents

Each agent is scoped to one real responsibility and given the tools to act on it. When it is unsure, it escalates to a person.

  • Integration layer

The tools you already pay for, finally talking to each other. One layer moves data between them correctly, so nobody copies a number by hand again.

  • Custom ERP

One system for operations, shaped around how you actually run. Built in phases you can stop after, so you are never paying for a two year rollout up front.

  • Custom CRM

A pipeline built on your own stages and follow-up rules, with the admin work handled by AI.

  • Websites & web apps

Sites and internal tools built to the standard of the page you are reading, and fast on a phone.

New services

Make AI trustworthy enough to scale

Most companies have invested in AI. Few can prove it pays, govern how it's used, or show it's secure. We help with all three.

AI Cost & ROI Optimization

Find out what your AI spend is buying, cut the waste, and tie every use case to a measurable result.

AI Governance & Compliance Readiness

Policies, controls and oversight for AI and AI agents, mapped to the regulations you answer to.

AI Security Testing

Five steps. Stop after any of them.

Every stage ends with something you own and can judge, so you are never asked to approve a budget on faith.

  1. Discovery

A week following the work. Who touches what, where it stalls, which spreadsheet is secretly load bearing.

    You get a workflow map

  2. Blueprint

Architecture, integrations, what the AI handles and what stays human, scoped into phases with a fixed price on each.

You get a build plan and phase pricing

  3. Build

The first working slice runs on your real data while correcting course is still cheap.

    You get a working prototype

  4. Integrate

Connected to your live tools, permissions set, your team trained, documentation written for whoever inherits it.

You get a live system in your accounts

  5. Operate

We monitor what we built, report what it saved, and fix the parts that stop earning their place.

You get monitoring and monthly reporting

What we commit to.

Something working in two weeks

You see your own data moving through a real system before the full build is committed. If it is wrong, it is wrong while changing it is still cheap.

One fixed price per phase

Every phase is quoted as a single number once discovery has shown what the work is. There is no hourly meter running.

No handoff chain

You talk to the engineer building it. No account manager relaying messages, no junior rewrite after the pitch.

Your code, your keys

Repositories, credentials and deployments live in your accounts from day one. Nothing is held hostage if you walk away.

We connect the tools you already pay for.

Email & messaging
Gmail, Outlook, Slack, WhatsApp Business, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace
CRM & sales

Not on the list? If it has an API, a database or an export, we can work with it. Where it does not, we build the bridge.

Where we work.

Logistics & freight

Rate quoting, POD chasing, load board monitoring

Healthcare & clinics

Intake, scheduling, insurance paperwork

What people ask first.

How long does a first project take?

Most first builds ship in two to six weeks. Discovery takes about a week, a working prototype follows, then we harden and integrate it. Full ERP or CRM platforms run longer, which is why we break them into phases you can stop after.

Do you build from scratch or configure existing tools?

The logic, the agents and the integration layer are built from scratch, because your workflow is specific and templates are where these projects go to die. For the parts that are already solved, such as models, authentication, payments and hosting, we use proven infrastructure rather than charging you to reinvent it.

Who owns the code and the accounts?

You do, from day one. Every repository, credential and deployment sits in your accounts. If you stop working with us tomorrow, nothing switches off.

Will this replace people on my team?

Not the way we scope it. We target the work your team should never have been doing: copying data between systems, chasing status updates, retyping invoices. The people stay and stop spending their day on the parts they hate.

Our processes are a mess. Is that a problem?

That is the normal starting point, and it is why discovery comes first. We map what actually happens rather than what the manual claims. Often the first deliverable is just that map, and it is worth having even if you build nothing afterwards.

What does it cost?

Every build is quoted per scope once discovery has told us what the work actually is, as one fixed number per phase. You see the price before anything gets built. Tell us your range in the form below and we will say plainly whether it is workable.

Do you work with businesses outside your country?

Yes. The work is remote by default and calls are scheduled in your working hours. Discovery can run over video without losing much, though for larger operational builds we will push to spend the first days on site if that is possible.
