Accepting new projects

We map how your business actually works, then build the machine that runs it.

Waselix is an AI consultancy. We sit with your team, trace every handoff and bottleneck, then build the automations, agents and custom software that remove them. Nothing off the shelf, nothing you have to bend your business around.

Our stance

Most AI projects fail because they start with the tool and not the work.

01

We study the work first

Before anything gets built, we sit with the people doing the job and trace the real path a task takes, including the workarounds nobody wrote down.

02

We build for your workflow

No template, no forced migration onto someone else's platform. The software bends to your process, because that process is part of why your business works.

03

We stay after launch

Automation nobody maintains quietly rots. We measure what we shipped, fix what drifts, and hand over a system your team can actually run without us.

What we build

Six things, all built from scratch.

01

AI automation & workflows

The repeat work in your business, running itself. We find the tasks that eat hours and have no judgement in them, then automate the whole chain end to end.

02

AI agents

Agents that do the job, not just chat about it. Scoped to a real responsibility, given the tools to act, and bounded so they escalate instead of guessing.

03

Integration layer

The tools you already pay for, finally talking to each other. One layer that moves data between them correctly, so nobody copies a number by hand again.

04

Custom ERP

One system for operations, shaped around how you actually run. Built in phases you can stop after, so you are never paying for a two year rollout up front.

05

Custom CRM

A pipeline that fits your sales motion instead of the other way round. Your stages, your fields, your follow-up rules, with the admin work handled by AI.

06

Websites & web apps

Sites and internal tools built to the standard of the page you are reading. Fast, accessible, and designed to make a serious business look like one.

How it runs

Five steps. You can stop after any of them.

Every stage ends with something you own and can judge, so you are never asked to approve a budget on faith.

  1. 01

    Discovery

A week following the work. Who touches what, where it stalls, which spreadsheet is secretly load bearing.

    A workflow map

  2. 02

    Blueprint

Architecture, integrations, what the AI handles and what stays human, scoped into phases with a fixed price on each.

A build plan and phase pricing

  3. 03

    Build

The first working slice runs on your real data, not a demo set, while correcting course is still cheap.

    A working prototype

  4. 04

    Integrate

Connected to your live tools, permissions set, your team trained, documentation written for whoever inherits it.

A live system in your accounts

  5. 05

    Operate

We monitor what we built, report what it saved, and fix the parts that stop earning their place.

    Monitoring and monthly reporting

What we commit to

Something working in two weeks

You see your own data moving through a real system before the full build is committed. If it is wrong, it is wrong while changing it is still cheap.

No handoff chain

You talk to the engineer building it. No account manager relaying messages, no junior rewrite after the pitch.

Your code, your keys

Repositories, credentials and deployments live in your accounts from day one. Nothing is held hostage if you walk away.

Integrations

We connect the tools you already pay for.

Gmail, Outlook, Slack, WhatsApp Business, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace

Finance & commerce

QuickBooks, Xero, Stripe, Shopify, WooCommerce, SAP

Not on the list? If it has an API, a database or an export, we can work with it. Where it does not, we build the bridge.

Where we work

Logistics & freight

Rate quoting, POD chasing, load board monitoring

Healthcare & clinics

Intake, scheduling, insurance paperwork

Real estate

Lead routing, listing operations, tenant communication

E-commerce & retail

Questions

The things people ask first.

How long does a first project take?

Most first builds ship in two to six weeks. Discovery takes about a week, a working prototype follows, then we harden and integrate it. Full ERP or CRM platforms run longer, which is why we break them into phases you can stop after.

Do you build from scratch or configure existing tools?

The logic, the agents and the integration layer are built from scratch, because your workflow is specific and templates are where these projects go to die. For the parts that are genuinely solved, models, authentication, payments, hosting, we use proven infrastructure rather than charging you to reinvent it.

Who owns the code and the accounts?

You do, from day one. Every repository, credential and deployment sits in your accounts. If you stop working with us tomorrow, nothing switches off and nothing is held hostage.

Will this replace people on my team?

Not the way we scope it. We target the work your team should never have been doing: copying data between systems, chasing status updates, retyping invoices. The people stay and stop spending their day on the parts they hate.

Our processes are a mess. Is that a problem?

That is the normal starting point, and it is exactly why discovery comes first. We map what actually happens rather than what the manual claims. Often the first deliverable is just that map, and it is worth having even if you build nothing afterwards.

What does it cost?

Every build is quoted per scope once discovery has told us what the work actually is, as one fixed number per phase. No open hourly meter, and you see the price before anything gets built. Tell us your range in the form below and we will say plainly whether it is workable.

Do you work with businesses outside your country?

Yes. The work is remote by default and calls are scheduled in your working hours. Discovery can run over video without losing much, though for larger operational builds we will push to spend the first days on site if that is possible.
